This is not a perfect product. The left side of my stand tilts slightly, causing the structure to wobble and wobble (but not fall) when I shake it or move my shoes. The shelves themselves aren't exactly level when you look at them. The shelves are tiny, barely fitting on the Converse's tall top. However, I think it's all forgivable. The product itself is made of wire. When ordering a wire product, do not expect a hard, immovable object. In fact, I suspect that the racks are very slightly different in size, or that they are slightly different sizes when turned upside down (when actually they should be the same when turned upside down), which is why some people do have trouble attaching them. in the right position and I have a little problem (this is just a theory and I have no real desire to prove it in reality). For me, some posts took a little persuasion to get into place, a la me how I pound pins into the holders. However, they settled in pretty quickly. I would say I assembled it myself in under 3 minutes. The product itself is quite small. I was prepared for this because I actually looked at the sizes listed (seriously, just grab a tape measure and try to visualize it, it really isn't that hard) but I'll admit that personally it's still a bit shocking is. I'm famous for my small feet. I barely go over a US size 6 in most stores, and yet my shoes fit vertically on the shelves. If you have large feet, consider placing them horizontally, which is about two shoes per shelf. I was able to fit 13 pairs of shoes including two pairs of sandals that I folded on the shelves, but another adult could only fit about 8 pairs if they had to store them horizontally. In principle, this is ideal for children, but perhaps not very good for an adult with a large foot size. Another note: if you have tall boots, you can only put them on the top shelf. That means if you have more than four pairs of boots, this rack is definitely not for you. Sorry cowboys. I gave this product 5 stars because I expected the quality I received. I'm very happy with how small it is and its slightly wobbly size doesn't bother me because it's kept in my closet. If you don't have unfair expectations, this is a very good cheap shoe rack.
