For all the special functions of the mouse to work, you need to install a program on the computer, called G-hub. So, under macOS, it is terribly buggy, especially the interface. If you enable synchronization of DPI settings between profiles, then that's it, kapets, this menu no longer opens and DPI can no longer be configured in any way (and its settings have been reset to standard). I had to find the config file (it's in json format) and turn off this setting manually, at the same time cleaning out the rubbish duplicate settings that the buggy UI generated there. Sometimes you have to restart the daemon so that it starts seeing the mouse again, and without this, the profile settings (and, accordingly, DPI and keys) do not work. In general, the quality of software for macOS is below par. At least it’s easier for me, I can imagine how this software is written and it helps to bypass and deal with its glitches, and it will be hard for ordinary people on macOS. If you are on macOS and not a programmer, then do not buy anything from Logitec that works through g-hub, you will suffer. Under Windows, I have not yet caught obvious glitches, but I have not yet used all the functions. For this I put 3. And the mouse itself in terms of design and hardware is good and cool. Their technical support is about nothing, they even made a primitive forum where people could share problems and experience in solving them, I described in detail the problems found in English, duplicated them separately by mail - 2 weeks have passed and still no reaction. In general, do not even rely on technical support. Before the purchase, I had heard about the failure of logitec software and technical support, but I bought this mouse from them only because I did not find alternatives for a similar combination of functionality, battery life, bluetooth operation and the number of buttons. I learned how to use the software bypassing glitches and everything that I expected from it, it does, and even more, so in general I am satisfied. And you already decide what is more important to you, reliability or a bunch of cool features.
