Updated to 5 stars - they were very responsive and sent me new screws, and even included wheels.A couple of the #1 and #3 screws don't fit the Allen wrench that was provided, and it wore away the wrench until it was no longer usable. Since the screws don't go in, the whole thing is rather unstable. Also, some of the screws don't fit well into the handles so the nails are jutting out into the drawer. Please send replacement screws and handles and I will update my rating. I really wanted to like this! I couldn't figure out another way to contact you- your website leads to an error page all in Chinese
