This phone holder is definitely very good quality and all aluminum. I installed it on my Electra-Glide which was a very easy task - it even comes with an Allen wrench to tighten the mount to the handlebars. The arm's ball joints are very easy to adjust, with just one hand (even with a heavy leather glove) they have a large wing nut that loosens/tightens the grip. I have used it with a Samsung Galaxy s10+ and it fits very well. I've put it through 250 miles and it's held up great - even when I've been going fast on some pretty bumpy roads. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I don't understand why it has such bad reviews.
