Excellent - one stop shop for BI reporting! You get access to a library of pre-built reports and the capability to generate customized reports.
All the tools are included - works with any DBMS and supports all common database types. As a user, you can customize the look & feel of reports and templates. Reports are easy to export to PDF or excel. I am impressed with how intuitive the system is - so far I've only used it once, but the end result was exactly what I expected. I like it very much because they offer both free as well as paid plans. They allow customization so that users can choose between them depending upon how many features they want or if they just need something basic. And since its an online solution, there is no installation hassle either.
