It's good for screening new clients as well as existing ones that would like an extra layer or level of security when doing business with them.
I haven't used it yet but plan do so in order to utilize all its benefits once implemented. There are some areas where you can see improvements made by Riskscreen which will help improve customer service and client experience. Currently using this software at work (B2C) however have not been able use any other product than ours because they don't offer BtoE solutions.
