I've also used this system when dealing w/my clients as well! It's not always easy using an online platform but it does work sometimes so we have made progress. Do yourself a favor--try TSB at least once if available near where u are located or use other programs first before switching over completely because there may be some things they don't offer yet which would make sense otherwise (i know i had issues trying out their webpages). We were able to track employee hours easily and pay them quickly without having multiple people do each task separately since everyone works from home now anyways due to COVID-19 pandemic.
