I like that it's easy to use for small businesses who don't have big IT departments. It isn't as robust as larger companies would need but this can be overcome with more resources (manpower). We are solving our data management needs by using SyncSite. This has helped us centralize all of our documents from different sources into one place so we can easily access them when needed. Our main goal was to get rid of multiple Excel files in order to make things easier to manage. There were many options available at first but now there aren't any other options than what they provide. If you're looking for something that will help your office become paperless then look no further because Syncsite does just that! Centralizing records makes everything much easier to find if someone leaves or gets sick. You won't see anything bad about this program. The only downside is that you may not be able to customize certain.
