In my capacity as an unsatisfied Myard Company client, I feel compelled to expose the company's dishonest claims about the quality of its customer support. I had an issue with a product I bought from Myard not too long ago. Despite repeated attempts, nobody in their customer service division ever got back to me by phone or email. I was able to reach someone at last, however they were completely unhelpful and uninterested in assisting me. They didn't seem concerned about how I felt after buying their stuff. I wouldn't call this outstanding service to customers. In addition, Myard's pricing are not nearly as low as they advertise. After looking into it, I realized I could have bought the identical thing from a different vendor for a much more reasonable amount. Myard's deceptive advertising has left me feeling duped and used. Overall, Myard Company's customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and their prices aren't as low as they advertise. If you're searching for good service, don't bother with this firm.
