Received today. I'm using if on my Acer X34, although the display size doesn't match the advertisement. I read that someone else had success with the same monitor so I wanted to give it a try. And I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. At $57, that was less than half the value of some other hands. So far (only a few hours have passed) it does exactly what I need it to do - frees up desk space. I don't expect much monitor movement, but this mount lets me do it when I want to (I like having options, even if I don't see them as an immediate need). Replaced the standard desktop mount that came with the monitor and added at least 6 inches to the depth of my desk. The package arrived quickly. She was well packed. minor issues -1) Due to the design of the monitor (the plastic case on the back of the monitor protrudes slightly beyond the vesa mount) I had difficulty attaching the monitor to the mount, had to attach the vesa plate to the mount, then screw the vesa plate to the monitor because I couldn't get it right (fix the plate to the monitor then put the monitor + plate on the arm). This isn't really a problem with the monitor - the problem lies in the design of the Acer monitor. 2) Mounting The vesa plate for the monitor was light. When I had to do the opposite (see 1) above), I had trouble hooking the four screws into the monitor. I find the monitor is slightly curved at the back with no plate. Actually there was no problem with the hand, but it was a bit difficult (especially during the tr. I tried to hold the 16 kg monitor with screws on the Plate). 3) I REALLY had to unscrew the gas shock to get the monitor to seat properly. I'm glad the socket is really deep and the included wrench fits snugly in as I was concerned I might damage the monitor if the wrench slipped off at all. The arm is holding the monitor properly, but the elbow is too big to lift it properly. I suspect it's the weight of the monitor, not the handle. As I said, it works perfectly now. Points 1) and 2) above are not really a hand problem, but a monitor problem. But I thought I'd mention her. Point 3) above isn't a problem either, but just prepare to really adjust the mount if you have a heavy monitor.
