Review on Juegoal Kids Carabiner Hanging Platform by Andres Imaging

We were trying to replace a stolen swing set for our kids and it was the most similar to our previous one so I had high hopes. The materials are very good - everything feels solid and the stitching is solid. Assembly instructions are included, very simple. BUT. The curved bars of the swing we received are too long! (See image.) This should be very easy. Grasp one half of the circle, grasp the other half of the circle and with good tension and pressure you should be able to bring the two sides together. Of course you want the seat to be snug so it doesn't wobble, but a 4 inch overlap isn't possible. I even had a mechanic friend who has an industrial vise to help, but that still wasn't enough (perhaps without breaking it). SO. we ordered a second one from Revain (which we appreciate!) and while it was better, it still had about a 2 inch overlap and just couldn't be torn far enough to put it back together. Very disappointed and too late with a refund at this point UPDATE: I added an extra star due to the excellent customer service I received. This was not my intention with my very honest review but the company contacted me and offered a refund on return We made several more attempts to stretch the swing but it still didn't work. Very good materials again, it just doesn't work.
