In a week. This pillow is the best I've ever used. It's way better than a wonderful pillow. If I could I would give fifty stars. For fifty years I've had a knot in the back of my neck from time to time. The last three months have been constant pain and severe headaches. I've tried doctors, tramadol, painkillers, lots of different things. I have had a lump in my neck for fifty years with constant pain, sometimes severe pain and headaches. I went to the doctor, gave painkillers, used heating pads, cold packs, lots of different pillows. I have an adjustable bed with a vibrator. I wake up several times during the night, throwing twists and trying to find a position that will ease the pain and headache a bit. I had an MRI of the neck which showed minor deposits of arthritis. In the last three months I've slept no more than two hours straight, with five to six hours of restless sleep on a good night. I wake up feeling worse than I did before I went to bed. I bought this pillow and received it about four days ago, "about because I really can't remember exactly how many days it was." From the first night my sleep improved every night and the pain left every night night after. I woke up once last night. My wife says I'm so immobile that I keep her awake wondering if I'm okay. I woke up in the morning with no pain. I went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 8am. I haven't been able to stand ten o'clock in the morning for more than twenty years. My wife got up without waking me and says the dog jumped on the bed and snuggled up to my side twice. I take her word for it. I use this pillow during the day when I read in my chair every day. Now when I wake up in the morning I have no pain and that lump in my neck is gone. That's the best $36 I've spent on myself in at least forty years. IT HAS TO DO! Until you live with constant pain for years, you can't understand how PERFECTLY GOOD it is to wake up rested and pain free after years of waking up every morning with horrible neck pain and a horrible headache. GREAT!
