They worked fine for a while but now the felt is separating from the silicone. The chair will stick to the floor when you pull the chair back, the silicone shell will stick to the floor and the shell will slide off the chair leg. Now I need to glue the felt pad back to the bottom of the cup. I was hoping these mugs would be better than the typical sticky-backed felt pads. Dissatisfied. It's too late to return. UPDATE: I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. The seller contacted me and provided me with replacement chair shells which now perfectly match our chairs! Thank you!
