The system allows you to keep track of all your clients, appointments, services, receipts, etc. It's easy to use! I love that it has an online scheduling feature so we can book our days in advance without having to wait around at the shop while someone books their appointment. Sometimes there are some issues with sending emails to customers but this happens occasionally when using any email service. We've been able to help solve problems quickly by communicating via chat or phone with customer support. There isn't anything specific about Grooppropos that I dislike. If you're looking for something like this please give them a try! They have great customer service and they work hard every day to make sure everything works well. Keeping up with client information, payments, invoices, etc. This helps us manage finances more efficiently than paper files would do.
