This is a fantastic scale, extremely durable and well made. It is absolutely accurate for weight measurements, no matter which measurement method you choose. I highly recommend using a measuring pan or bowl as these are very delicate and you can then simply re-tare with each ingredient added. This makes it much more reliable and accurate. I especially love the colour, the turquoise really brings a pop of color to my kitchen! Batteries last a long time so you don't have to fly through batteries. If I were to change anything about it, I would just increase the surface area to be measured. Although it can weigh up to 22 pounds, a much larger scale is required to measure such a large mass of dough. Otherwise it's great and I can only recommend it!
