I ordered this kit about 3 months ago and am still using it to this day. I've seen a lot of negative reviews on here so I wanted to put my word in because I think this is the perfect beginner tattoo kit (at least for 'home' stuff). I got 7 medium to small tattoos with this kit and the only thing I have to complain about is the ink that is included. The black ink was very smooth and adhered well to the skin, but most of the color inks rolled out of the box like they weren't sealed very well and were a bit dry. I've seen some people say the AC adapter didn't last very long, but mine did too after accidentally leaving it on 3 nights in a row. I hooked mine up to a surge protector, that might be the way to go. Just in case your house wiring is too complicated for this thing. That being said, I definitely got more than the $40 I paid for this item and even ran out of all my needles and points and had to order more. However, the device works perfectly. One note though: I assumed this kit came with carbon paper. I didn't have it, but it comes with a "tattoo practice sheet" which is a rubbery cloth that doesn't hold any ink at all, and if you practice putting ink on this thing and then moving on to skin, you become you only hurt yourself Canvas. I'd recommend tossing this piece straight into the bin, and if you need practice, look elsewhere for an even leatherier alternative. The gears in this set are perfect and worth it, at least in the set that came to me, but you can look elsewhere for ink and you can look elsewhere if you need a practice skin to work with before you go. to the real. I am extremely critical of the kit that I received (it could be a permanent mark on your body), but I would absolutely recommend this kit to anyone wondering where to get a quality (for the money) tattoo .
