Great for parrot feet
I volunteer at the local zoo taking care of 6 birds. When I started all the birds had rod dowels. I slowly changed them to rope perch. Wooden poles are very expensive and the zoo is a small zoo with little money. Rope poles work just as well as forest poles and don't get bumblebees!
