Standard Size Outlet Cap. Smooth glossy white. Feels like good plastic. Is not cracked or torn during installation. In general it did its job and seems like it will last a while without getting brittle. It's a few bucks more expensive than other similar cases, but it came with free shipping once, saving me a trip to the hardware store.
