I have a simple brick oven at home. I measured 800F once. I doubt it can reach 1221F. Since it can get very hot, I bake pizzas on this stainless steel to avoid burning the bottom before cooking the top. Only one melted when I pushed it on its back over an open fire. I avoided it and had no problems with it either. Most likely, this is not pure aluminum, which lowers the melting point. I think as long as you stay below 800F you will be fine. Meanwhile, please write if you know a better quality set. I still want to cook pizza on a grill that can handle heat rather than directly on the stone. Tip: You can slide the last 30 seconds of the pizza over the stone to get the perfect crust.
