I ordered this product for the first time because I loved the concept and the sleek look. Now I'm waiting for the third order. The first one I received was previously opened and repackaged. There was also a rattling noise like something inside was broken and the packaging damaged so I didn't even install it just sent it back. The second one I received was also in packaging that appeared to have been previously opened and repackaged. To avoid problems with further return I set it up and plugged it in but found that 2/6 of the ports are down. I have returned this item and am currently waiting for another one. My reason for a 3rd re-order is that conceptually it would be great to have a USB hub built into the monitor stand and the sleek looks are much appreciated but buyers beware: it may take some time to get a working new product as is is described. *will be updated as soon as I get a new one*Update: the third one didn't work either. I was able to speak to the seller who sent me a brand new fully working stand that was pre tested before shipping. If you have a problem, I recommend contacting the seller directly.
