I was offered a discounted sample of these graduated grip exercisers and I was very impressed. I have another set of these with a bigger diameter and these are much more comfortable to handle. In addition, the material is smooth on my hands and doesn't give me that rubbery residue and smell that my other set emits. I don't really know if the weight ratings are accurate, but the heavier red grip produces a good grip workout. I use these while watching TV and the resulting strength gains in my grip are noticeable after just a couple of weeks.
