I only received these colors on Friday afternoon and was quite pleased with what came in the box. The varnishes were intact, the covers were not broken, the paint was not spilled. I tried to lift the container by the handle and all the colors fell out from below. Actually it was funny. Although nothing happened. I used these colors in acrylic fill. The paint is very thick so it needs to be mixed well with Floetrol and some water. However, after I poured the paints, I noticed that there was this smell that I don't normally smell. I found it was the colors themselves. They have a strong smell. I have to say they have a stronger odor than Liquitex bases or most other paints I've used. Eventually the smell went away as the paint dried. Otherwise good colors. Just make sure you use a well-ventilated area when using them.
