Bought for a neighbor of a 16 month old girl. I wanted a hat with a chin strap because I knew it could handle a regular hat. I was right; When she first put the hat on, she tried to take it off, but she couldn't. It looks AMAZING on her and warms her little head. I also correctly predicted that she would rip those gloves off in an instant, and I was right. She succeeded, but her mother quickly noticed the glove and took it away. We're going to buy some mittens so we don't lose any of those gloves!
