Review on Sterling Crossbody Laptop Backpack - Sherpani Soleil Backpacks by Missy Dawson

I bought this bag primarily for grad school. Go from home to work and then straight to school in most cases. It is elegant and looks very professional. What I like best is that it can be carried in three different ways (messenger bag, backpack, shoulder bag). The top small handles are also nice, solid and don't get in the way. In fact I like that it's there, for me it makes the bag more attractive and I can grab it and go faster. Depending on how much stuff you want to take with you, both are pretty handy. I carry my laptop, a 5-piece notepad, a cosmetic bag, a pencil case (all in the main compartment), a water bottle (on both sides), and then snacks, keys and wallet (in the smaller main compartment). I like that my most important things are in the anti-theft bags. The small patch pocket is also a nice touch. There you can put secondary items, e.g. B. a notepad or quick access items. One thing to note: I have a 2017 13.3" MacBook Air. It's pictured without a case, but if you're using a thin case that fits very snugly around your laptop, both will fit in the space provided. It's nicely padded .My only issue with this is that there is almost no space between the zipper and the laptop.Also the bag isn't waterproof it's waterproof.It rains a lot here in Seattle so I'm currently looking for a bag that is waterproof or the top of my laptop as shown in the first picture.One more note: I agree with some people that the bag itself is a bit small inside.But what I use it for,it doesn't bother me.In the rest of the room I can still put a sweater or a hat. However, I don't think I can fit a lunch bag in the main compartment with all the stuff I'm already carrying. I'm fine with that as I have a separate lunch bag anyway. I g ere assume that this bag will last a long time. The material is excellent and I plan to use it when traveling as well due to its anti-theft properties.
