The ability for users from anywhere across our organization can easily collaborate with each other while accessing their documents at different locations is also very helpful as well! There are some features that I would like added such include being able do edit or add comments directly within an existing document rather than having another tab open up which could get confusing if you have multiple people editing one file simultaneously (which we often did). This system has allowed us all around my office be working together without needing physical meetings since there were no issues sharing files between offices/geographies before this program was implemented!! It now allows everyone access anytime they need even when not physically present so collaboration efforts happen seamlessly throughout out entire department.
