I put my laptop and hands in. I love feeling fluffy. It's cute and will keep your hands warm in a cold classroom. You don't have to say a lot of bad things. I don't have many negative reviews, I've only had it for 3 weeks. The first day I took it to class the girl next to me had the same case but a different brand so it might be dated but I think it's cute. It has multiple colors and crosses on it. It's from China so I'm worried about how long it will take. Actually, I don't know what it is from China, but I think so, I just wasn't expecting fluff. In American cases there is no fluff. Definitely recommend this if you are looking for a luxury laptop bag.
