Review on 🍎 Enhanced Dehydro Digital Electric Food Dehydrator by Presto 06301 by Joseph Mannasseh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Probably my favorite cooking utensil in the world.

Okay, I'm not a foodie. Far from it. I'm also not very fond of cooking appliances. At one point I liked getting a panini press, but for me, cleaning up was just another thing. One day my girlfriend and I were driving to New York and she casually suggested the idea of drying her own fruit. Since I eat tons of fruits and vegetables, this just amazed me. I never thought about this idea. Heck, I didn't even know dehydrators existed. While she was driving, I quickly googled these supposed dehydrators. The rest is history. I did my best and bought a model with a timer (I really suggest forgoing the extra money for this upgraded model. You don't have to worry about "cooking" anything or waking up around 5am, to turn this thing on). aus) So far I've been dehydrated: bananas, eggplant slices, yellow squash slices, kabocha squash, squash with nuts, apple slices, pear slices, pineapple slices, mushrooms, blueberries, and oranges. All. except for oranges turned out like a fan. damn delicious. The oranges were actually disgusting. I won't do that again. Seriously, my mom used to throw away bananas that were too ripe for her. NO. Grab those suckers and dehydrate them. Then they last much longer. Serious. If you like fruit/veg chips and want to make a snack, grab some fruit, dehydrate overnight and you're good to go.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
