I really love this dish. Cleans like a dream!

I don't like this cookware, I LOVE IT! I tried different types of cookware and tried to find one that really ticked all the boxes. And that's it. I bought a 10" pan to see how it works. It was great, I chose this 10 piece set and never regret it. It cooks evenly, cleans like a dream and is exactly what I've been looking for for the past 50 years. Thank you Rachel for this gift to all the chefs. I couldn't be happier. Even my chef son is enthusiastic about the quality.
