I rarely write reviews, but this changed our game! Our almost 2 year old got out of the crib while sleeping and in the middle of the night and I was worried about what kind of trouble he might get in his room and after figuring out how to open the baby gate on our stairs. He also threw his bottle out of the crib and I kept having to find it, he would go out and take underwear and diapers nearby and scatter them around the room, so this product actually gave me my sanity back! To be honest I wish I had gotten it much sooner as it would also stop him from chewing on the edge of his crib! Get this when your kid jumps and worry about their safety! Someone mentioned to me that they are not recommended, but for my son's age, that doesn't bother me at all. If you just make sure it's always closed when you're not around you won't have any problems. Honestly, this is one of the best baby products I've ever bought, so go ahead and buy it!
