Review on 🧳 166 Travel by John N Hansen by Sean Flint

I was looking for a good mahjong set to take on vacation so I don't have to lug around our full size set. As mentioned in some reviews, this set doesn't come with any kind of case, so we just stacked the tiles in a large zipped bag. No problem. The tiles are quite large - 1 inch by 1.5 inches. They're just very thin. The main downside is that the shelf is big enough to hold 13 tiles (no room to move the tiles) and therefore the wall (18 or 19 tiles long) is much larger than the shelf. It's hard to push the wall. The quality of the tiles is also quite low. They still have ridges around the edge where the pieces were demolded and some have paint stains on the back. I'm glad it was pretty cheap - I think I'll keep looking for a better travel set. PROS: - Cheap - Enough tiles for US version, you can pull out the ones you don't need for WP - Easy CONS: - Frame is too short - Tiles are poorly made
