It is very light and easy to use. I lie in bed for about ten minutes and enjoy the red light therapy. It helps stimulate collagen production and I need all the help I can get. I notice my skin is tighter and this helps my fine lines. I've only been using it a few times a week for a few weeks and so far I'm loving it!
