PRO:• Keyless entry key fob cover style. • Appearance and color of the cover (I have blue). • High quality chrome plated metal clip and hanger end that continues to look good. • Displays and uses the car manufacturer's original high quality key fob design, not covering it with ugly rubber • High quality workmanship and design. • Premium durable spring clip. • Rigid hinge that allows the bunch of keys to be hung horizontally. • Not to short. Overall not too long. • Tight, contoured fit that won't twist or move. • Attach the connecting pin that holds the key fob to the hanger. • Shock protection for a device that costs hundreds to replace and program if it breaks. A few weeks after buying the car, I banged the key fob hard on the ceramic tile floor; which could easily break it. CONS: • Difficult to get a threaded bolt to start threading to secure the key fob. However, once it starts, it doesn't spin or screw up. • A screwdriver to tighten the pen is a nice touch, but it's actually the wrong size. This works, but since the size is too small with a thinner blade, it's a bit difficult to hold the screwdriver blade in the pen head slot to screw it in, making it difficult to screw the pen in. If there is one, it would make sense to redesign the pin to use a tiny star driver; which stays where you put it while you secure (screw in) the pin. • With this particularly tight-fitting model, it may be a good idea to insert a small plastic tool with curved ends to help tighten the lid. slide along the end of the key fob, similar to the tool used to mount a bicycle tire on a rim. Of course, you can do without such a tool, but it is difficult and you can accidentally damage the paintwork of the cover. I happened to have a small tool whose shape was just right for the job. In general, the disadvantages of the pen and screwdriver are very small. Anyone can handle it and get a quality protective case, a much-needed product. Great respect to the design team. Others I looked at while shopping online didn't even come close. And cool beans! They make them for different brands and models. This is for my recently purchased Chevy Equinox. I wasn't expecting or wanting to pay that much for a case but given the quality, style and essential protection it offers, it's definitely worth it.
