They are good for what they are.
I bought 225 of these bulbs and am very happy with the look. As these were my first fairy lights I've ever bought I have no comparison but I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 as some of them broke in transit; and 5-6 failed in the few days I used them. I have used them in combination with 2x '100' C7 Outdoor Christmas Stingers' and 'All in one light clips for C7/C9', both from the same company, Novelty Lights Inc. I also have two outdoor light extensions and two weatherproof outdoor timers used. Find relatively bulbs like this in my opinion.
