They come in a nice outer packaging. They are made in China. Inside are the brushes in a sealed plastic bag and there is also a booklet with a photo of each brush and what it is used for. Each brush is individually wrapped in plastic. The handles are all shiny, pearly white. The brand name is written in gold letters. Ferrules are dark brown. The brushes look very nice. The brush handles are not labeled with names or numbers. Large selection of eye brushes! In my photos I have grouped them - there are 2 flat fluffy eyeshadow brushes. With my very small, very closed eyes, I use large, flat, fluffy blending brushes to blend out harsh lines. I use the smaller one to apply paint. Contains 1 fluffy angle brush. This works well for packing the color in the outer corner. There are 4 blending brushes, all on the smaller side, which is great for my very small, droopy eyes! There's a big one that looks like a standard blending brush. There is another brush for blending, smaller. There are 2 tips - a small one and a smaller one. There are 3 flat concealer brushes. The biggest of the 3 and the fatter. The one that is an average size 3 is on point. Then there's the little one. There are 3 angled eyebrow or eyeliner brushes. One is fatter. I would only use this on my brows when I wanted to quickly fill in color. I wouldn't use it if I want thin, streaky hair. There is a medium size 3. I would use it on the brows to do thin hair like strokes or eyeliner. The smallest is also suitable for eyebrows for subtle hair-like strokes and for a thin, precise eyeliner. Finally, there is a fan brush and coil. The coil is soft and works well. Overall I think this is a great set. There is a wide choice. I was delighted to see such a large assortment of small brushes so there were so many that would fit my very small droopy eyes well! Some hair seems unevenly trimmed, some seems longer than others, but it's not too bad if I notice it while using it. Overall I would say they work great and are a great option for the price!
