I'm just finishing my 900 mile move. All other boxes I bought for the move will be recycled. They are saved for the next round. Yes they are much more expensive but they are better than boxes. They stand up to the rigors of shipping (and storage) and keep your belongings safer. bottom line. (I'm really glad I bought MORE of these and repacked some of the boxes I stocked up on before my long-distance move. If I were willing to spend more, I would repack ALL my stuff into these.) If you move often or knowing you'll be moving again in a year or two and have space to sort and store those boxes, it's worth the extra effort. We may be moving again in a year, maybe not three, but I will use these boxes again when the time is right and buy more.
