Great quality knives, might need some sharpening/stropping
Both knives arrived in good sharpness. The 120 knife is great right out of the package. Great feel. The hook knife on the other hand could stand to be sharpened and stropped pretty heavily before real hard use. I had trouble even getting clean cuts in some soft pine.As most people point out, the sheath for the 120 knife is pathetic. Carve yourself a sheath or make one out of leather (or buy one) because you'll be disappointed with the sheath it comes with. The hook knife has no sheath. Carve yourself a box one out of wood as a project.
