These JBL headphones are really very good. They do everything you would expect and more. But they have a problem. First, they're in-ear headphones, so if you don't like something in your ears because you're wearing glasses or something similar, these or something similar won't fit you. They are wireless and have a very good range. I can have my laptop in the living room, walk through the dining room, down the hall, into the garage, and out the back door and still have signal without it starting to drop. The battery life is also very good. It's noise canceling. So if you need to hear someone with them even when no sound is playing, they're not for you. For the rest of us, they are, and they cancel out noise, making them almost, but not quite, silent from outside noise. One thing I really like is that when I'm listening to music on iTunes or watching a video on YouTube and pull the right phone away from my ear, iTunes or YouTube pauses! Put the right earbud back on your ear and it'll play again! Pretty smooth! They have good sound, and that's where these headphones stumble a bit. When the music or video ends, I leave the headphones on my head. I can still hear something, a very faint hiss, like rain hitting the roof. He's very weak, but he is. It's not overly strong, but it's noticeable. So good battery life, good range, good functionality, noise cancellation, but a slight hiss in the background.
