The ability to see all the activity in one place is very helpful when you are trying to find out what your team is doing with their time. It's also great that it syncs up with CRM so it makes it easy to keep track of everything. I wish there was more visibility into who is actually working on the tasks. Sometimes it's hard to tell if someone is just checking something off or actually taking action on the task. This helps me identify which people are actively working on things. It also helps me understand how much work my team is doing each day.
