I like that it's available on both my Mac and PC and allows me to log into our server (which is located in another state) from anywhere. It also has many useful features such as having multiple profiles for different users so that I can have different workflows depending on who I'm working with. Also, the keyboard shortcuts are very helpful. It's not intuitive at all how to set up new connections, but once you figure out what works best for you, it becomes easier. For example, if you want to be able to easily switch between your two profiles, you need to have them open simultaneously. If one connection is closed, the other won't load until you close the other. This makes sense after a while, but when you're just starting out it takes some practice to know which combination of keyboard shortcuts will allow you to quickly switch between connections.
