They are easy to fit and look great! Note that there are no instructions, but how to apply them is very obvious. 1) Remove the gel from the slide. 2) Stick the gel on the border surface near the top edge. 3) Peel off the plastic backing of the tongue (tweezers?) 4) Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the second edge and attach a corner protector to the gel tongues. I thought the rectangular style would be more stretchy, but the sticky gel tabs make up for any wobble I had at first. They are still very soft and protect every wandering elbow, forearm and scalp. Note: Rounds are much softer due to the thickness of the material. Glue tabs take practice, but you won't lose them if you have to reattach them while practicing.
