Many defects with this adapter

Chicco Keyfit 30 car seat in the last five years. The adapter said it would work with both the Chicco Keyfit 30 car seat and the Nuna Pipa car seat. I bought a new Nuna Pipa car seat and the old adapter didn't work. I called support and was told that the old adapter would not fit the new Nuna Pipa car seats. I did not know that! So I bought this car seat adapter to work with my new Nuna infant carrier. I had no problems with my old car seat adapter, but I have plenty of them with this new one. First, the front seat is very difficult to attach with this adapter. I had to lower the front seat top all the way down to fit a child seat at the same time. The front seat can face the car seat, but then you need to adjust the footrest to accommodate the basket. It's a pain and I still can't imagine putting a baby in a stroller like that. The seat belts dangling from this adapter don't help much. You must fully extend the stroller handle to attach the straps to the handle. I rarely use a wheelchair in this way as it feels like driving a bus. I wish they were attached some other way so you don't have to lengthen the handle to use them. So I'm going to keep this adapter because it fits my Nuna Pipa car seat and now that I've found a way to attach the second seat I think I'll just cut the straps off the adapter and use it as is. The nice thing is that this adapter allows the stroller to be folded without removing it, unlike my old adapter. The car seat is stable and learns from the stroller with this adapter and I have no problem fitting it correctly.
