I use this item to train my Belgian Malenois and Pit Bull I have a farm so it is imperative that they do not kill the farm animals. most of the time I only use the vibration but there are times during an attack that I must stop them. I do not like these items very well as in the wrong hands they can be abusive and very harmful please do not allow children to use this item and for those that abuse animals there is a special place in hell for you
