Wireless charger not working well

The wireless charger didn't charge very well, but it didn't die either. Easily keeps the phone in the stand it was in when installed. I have HR But as a mount it's great. The automatic clamping is nice and quiet. Just touch the back and place your phone and it will lock itself.
