Review on Aplos by Kevin Apriando

It seems easy enough for anyone with basic computer knowledge - which I have not! But it does seem like there are lots of features that could be added quickly if they were interested in making improvements or updates regularly rather than just waiting until something new comes out so you can update your software. Not much dislike from me personally about this product as far as what we've done using them but honestly nothing really bad either (which makes this post somewhat hard). Tracking our donations very well by donors/categories; has helped us make sure all gifts made within one category go where expected; allows easy access via appt link etc.; great customer service team who gets back right away when contacted regarding an issue vs needing 10 other days after asking before response received; excellent price point compared to alternatives. I like the ability to create custom fields for donors. I dislike how it's difficult to change the default email templates. I also wish it would be easier to edit the email templates in the app. I like how easy it is to create custom fields for donors. It's very helpful to have the ability to track donations by donor. I have also been able to track donations by giving level. It's also helpful to be able to send out emails to our donors. I'm able to track giving levels and also send emails to our donors.
