I'm 115-120 lbs 5'2 34V and ordered Medium! It fits perfectly. The strappy back is so cute, and pulling your pants high on your hips bombards your torso. I'm very careful how the bottom parts of the suit fit me and they don't cut into my skin! I find it much more comfortable for the body when the panties don't cut into the sides and the skin spreads out. The red is very bright and has a slight hint of orange, but it makes me look tanned, so I don't mind. I'm used to paying $20-$100 for a set so it's nice to find a great bikini for a low price! All in all I would buy it again and try a new color :)
