The title says it all. I tried to solve the pixel with online programs - nothing happened. I contacted the seller about an exchange. I was provided the same online resources to try and solve the problem and was told that if it didn't work I was basically out of luck. They then graciously gave me a Class 1 specification, relieving them of further responsibility. Here's what I was quoted as saying: We state that our new panels must conform to "ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 CLASS 1". Most manufacturers of premium end products (TVs, monitors, laptops, etc.) list their products as Class 1. Class 1 panels allow for any or all of the following: 1 fully bright ('stuck on white') pixel 1 fully dark ('stuck') pixel 2 single or double bright or dark sub-pixels 3 to 5 'sticky' or 'detached' sub-pixels (depending on the number of each) We hope you find our answer useful. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Many Thanks. Be a responsible consumer and outsource your business to another seller.
