Bring an already beautiful new concrete garage floor to life with this wax finish. The oil-based sealer was expertly applied by the fitter, but applied unevenly and also scratched from some construction work. I washed the floor with soap and water then rinsed and let dry and then applied four coats of this wax sealer over the other sealer. This has resulted in a significant improvement in overall appearance in terms of gloss and appears to be resistant to foot traffic. Even the gravel and dirt brought in by the off-road tires seem to hold up, which is great. So why not five stars? Four stars because it doesn't hide the scratches on the concrete. This reduces them, which is nice, but they're still visible despite four or more layers. It will probably work very well indoors and on less wear-prone surfaces like linoleum and vinyl. As a test I applied it to a piece of wooden floor and it looks great on it. Great product, but not a miracle cure.
