JUST BUY! I was so happy to receive this today. I have three outgoing dogs. We also have an open putting green that they love to lie on. I used to do the entire putting green with a dog broom which took hours. And here is my new friend! So easy! So fast! My back is not broken! I didn't even sweat! Then I took it inside on the carpets. I just vacuumed - so didn't expect much. MY GOD! Not only was there more fur,...the trafficked areas were revived. Where was this product all those days of my love for dogs?! I will buy a second one for indoor use and continue to use it outside. In terms of quality, I had no problems with head rotation or pole curvature. Maybe they had a quality control upgrade based on the feedback? I'll update if that changes...but so far I'm happy with the quality. Note: I just tried it on the patio furniture they were laying on. Went like clockwork! I don't have stairs, but if you have carpeted stairs and pets... that would be great too.
