I have one with small hands and she is so cute! Perfect versatility. You have to flip some of the arms, but once they're flat they stay on top of me. This necklace is thick. I don't have a big neck anyway, but I don't think I can wear it tighter. Although you can add and expand. In general, very nice, if a gift, then in a beautiful box. Just be aware of how tight it can be on you.
