Grinder Tooth Guard

After much research I bought these based on the reviews and not the regular brand I buy. I also liked the idea that there are 5 in a pack and I'll have a spare for an easy swap. A mouthguard was stuck to the bottom of my nonstick pan, one was completely destroyed, the other only covered half of my teeth. I tried it twice more, one of the heavy grinders and the other normal. I poured about 6 inches of water into the pot instead of 3 inches, and they only slightly stuck to the pot. Instead of a cold wooden spoon, I used a pair of tongs. That seemed to work better. I waited a few minutes to add a thick guard to the water after putting it on a cold burner, it took about 20 seconds to soften. I took it off and let it sit for a minute and a half before impressing. After I was done with the thick protection, I removed the normal protection. It took about 18 seconds to soften. I took it out of the pot and let it sit for a minute before impressing. These two turned out to be good, but the heavy grinder is too thick and uncomfortable to carry. I wore the regular one last night and it seemed fine but I have to shape it a bit to fit my mouth.
